gymnastics and ballet to her training programs by implementing
exercises that promote flexibility and agility as well as total-body
strength and conditioning. She sees herself as a partner in her
clients' goals and offers nutritional and over-all health guidance as
well as round-the-clock support
I am more than satisfied working with my trainer Carlie from FitChicago. This is my first time having a trainer and we've been working together for about 6 weeks and she definitely exceeded my expectations. Not only have I lost inches, body fat % and 15 lbs , but I feel more energized, healthier and better about myself. Most importantly she's informed me about all the insights on health and exercise. I had excessive lower back pain before I started and thought it would hinder me from training to my best potential, but she has actually eliminated my back pain and made it stronger. I always look forward to my sessions because they are very creative and never boring. I feel and see that my trainer wants me to do my best and always motivates me through out the session, especially at my weakest. I noticed many results in such a short period of time and want to thank Carlie. I will definitely be continuing my sessions with FitChicago and will reach my own personal goal because of her help.
