William started training at a gym in down town Chicago (Chicago Training Club). While there, he received training from some of the top trainers in the city’s metropolitan area. He also achieved his first training certification (ACE) while training at CTC. William was making such a great progress with client relations and goals, that he went on to become an independent trainer after his first 2 years of being certified.
William started his independent training out of Sharper Fitness luxury gym in downtown Chicago (2 blks N. of East Bank Club) which is now known as Symmetry. While there, William has worked with a wide range of clients both younger and older, high profile and average (no name dropping). William has retained the business and friendship of loyal clients for years due to his staying on the cutting edge of training and genuine personal caring. William has been providing impeccable services for his gym clients for 12 years and is now looking to do the same for people who wish to train in-home.
William is certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and CWLM (Nutrition).
